Ever since its inauguration, BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center has strived to push ahead personnel training. 30 talent training programs and exchange eventsfocusing on subjects of interest to BRICS and other countrieshave been conducted both online and offline for government officials, business executives, skilled workers, and innovative and entrepreneurial talents. The programs and events covered 840,000 trainees from 44 countries, receiving extensive praise.  

On the occasion of the 2022 BRICS Forum on Partnership on New Industrial Revolution held in Xiamen on September 7, 2022, the BPIC officially released a handbook titled “BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center Demonstration Training Programs 2022”.

2022 Demonstration Training Programs of the BPIC sorted out 23 programs in seven fields that attracted a large number of participants from around the world and received extensive press coverage, poolinga number of programs to meet the needs of relevant government departments and enterprises in BRICS and other countries that are willing to carry out talent exchange activities, and providing new ideas and exploring new paths for talent exchange and cooperation among countries.

Going forward, the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center will stay committed to personnel training. This year, we will roll out more activities such as 2022 Seminar to Foster BRICS Industrial Internet Trailblazers, the formal final of 2022 BRICS Skills Competition etc. Those efforts are made to further build up the expert base for BRICS personnel training and the talent pool undergirding innovation, entrepreneurship and cooperation. In this way, we can bring into being a supply chain system of personnel training resources in the field of New Industrial Revolution participated by multiple stakeholders.
